1.

a) Those students who were admitted in earlier sessions and did not enroll for Part-I exam. 2018 can apply for admission, 

 

b)Those students who got admitted in earlier sessions and got enrolled for Part-I examinations but did not appear at the same, can apply for admission 

 

c)Candidates who passed H. S examinations held in 2015,2016,2017,2018,

 

2.It is mandatory for a candidate to pass in English of full marks 100 .

 

3.Candidates who pass in H.S Vocational exam. conducted by West Bengal State Council of Vocational Education and Training, can apply for admission in BA(G) only

 

4.Aggregate must be calculated out of Top Four marks(Marks obtained in ENVS/ Environmental Education will not be considered, but marks of Env.Science may be considered)

 

5. For admission with Honours,

a) it is required to have 50% marks in aggregate and 45% marks in the subject

                                    OR

b) it is required to have 55% marks in the subject,

 

c) For a subject not studied in the previous qualifying examination, it is required to have 50% marks in the aggregate,

 

d) For a reserved candidate, either to have 40% marks in the aggregate or to have 40% marks in the subject.

 

6.For admission with Honours in Physics, it is required to pass in both Physics & Mathematics, for admission with Honours in Chemistry, it is required to pass in Physics, Chemistry and Math., for admission with Honours in Math., it is required to pass in Math., for admission with Honours in Economics, it is required to pass in Math.,for admission with Honours in Zoology, it is required to pass in Biology  .

 

7. A candidate opting for Honours in Physics or Chemistry or Zoology must secure at least 21 out of 70 in theory and 09 out of 30 in practical in H.S. examination.
