Green campus is a concept to build sustainable living practices that are environmental friendly in educational institutions like us. the rural college has its own esthetic beauty. the college takes continuous effort to keep the campus clean and environment friendly. The students of NSS and NCC regularly undertake tree plantation programs and campus cleaning programs. The college also maintains a medicinal garden within its campus. during the winter season beautiful seasonal flowers are planted around the campus which enhances the beauty of the surroundings. Separate bins are placed for biodegradable and nonbiodegradable wastes. The campus is also declared a plastic free zone and no smoking zone. Since the students and office staff of the college are local residents they are encouraged to travel by cycle. The installation of a college rooftop solar panel  (10 kWp.) was completed on 13.03.2025 with the assistance of West Bengal Renewable Energy Development Agency. on For this purpose a designated cycle stand is maintained within the campus area.
